Double header over and now its time for Swim-Bike-Run, 3 days of pure endurance! Tomorrow will be a 8-10 km pool swim, wednesday 100-120 miles on the bike and then thursday I will run until I can run no more.................Pushing the limits and ideal conditioning in all 3 disciplines.............Smash it.........Live It and Love Your Sport!!
